These terms govern your use of GoHelp, a marketplace that lets families in Hyderabad post household job openings (maid, cook, nanny) and lets workers browse and apply to them directly. By creating an account or using GoHelp, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use GoHelp. You sign in with a Google account, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure.
Job-posting payments are processed by Razorpay. The ₹999 fee covers publishing your listing for 30 days — it does not guarantee applicants or a successful hire, and GoHelp does not manually match workers to jobs. Job-posting fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published, except where required by applicable law.
Where a worker's profile shows a verification status (e.g. ID submitted, reference checked), this reflects only that the corresponding document or check was submitted or completed — it is not a background check, a criminal record check, or a guarantee of the worker's character, skill, or reliability. Families are responsible for making their own hiring decisions, including verifying anything they consider important before hiring.

We may suspend or remove a listing or account that violates these terms, based on our own review or a user report.
GoHelp is not a party to any agreement, employment relationship, or payment arrangement between a family and a worker. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, injuries, theft, non-payment of salary, or any other issue arising from an in-person working relationship formed through GoHelp. If something goes wrong, please report it to us so we can review the listing or profile involved, and contact local authorities if appropriate.
GoHelp currently covers Hyderabad only. We may add, change, or remove features, or occasionally experience downtime, without prior notice, though we'll try to minimize disruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoHelp is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to GoHelp is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months, if any.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GoHelp after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
